Best of the rest from Paris Fashion Week...
17:54Day 4 - These fabulous gowns are from Haider Ackermann's Spring/Summer 2011 collection. They are a mixture of pretty and feminine with pleats to edgy with thigh high splits and leather jackets and waistcoats.
Day 5 - At John Galliano's Spring/Summer 2011 there was lots of layering and pretty dresses with a hint of twenties inspiration. The theatrical setting was a perfect backdrop for this collection.
Day 6 - Minimalistic femininity at Chloe with ribbon waisted skirts in floaty chiffon and ballerina wrap tops.
Day 7 - At the Chanel Spring/Summer 2011 show the models modelled their way around a black and white French garden maze. Feathers adorned everything from dresses to bags to jewellery, beginning to show itself as an emerging trend for next season. Chanel's signature tweed is given a twist for next season with a moth eaten look that works really well for a more relaxed look.
Day 7 - The first Alexander McQueen collection designed since Lee McQueen's death was a little lighter that McQueen's usual darkness but still had typical McQueen structures, which made for a fitting tribute to McQueen. The collection was full of regal dresses and, like many other collections for next season, there was lots of feather embellishment.
