Spending Ban Fail #1
09:41
I've been a rubbish blogger for the last few days. I had a pretty busy weekend shopping with my sister on Saturday and then going to a lovely family barbecue in the evening. Then on Sunday, as my cousin is visiting from Ireland, we went to Stratford Upon Avon (where Shakespeare was born) and it was such a beautiful sunny day. This is where I have been a rubbish blogger as I have realised I don't have a single photo from the whole weekend! Instead I am going to share with you what a complete failure I am at spending bans. Of course I've told myslef this is ok because the majority of items I got were in the sale. I have 3 hauls to share with you from the last couple of weeks, so here is the first...
Cardigan - £10
Jumper - £7
Lace Dress - £14
This is the first time I've ever bought anything from the Florence & Fred range at Tesco and I am really quite impressed with the quality of their clothing. The cardigan is the one you saw in my last post and I am so happy I bought it. It goes with everything and I have barely taken it off since I got it. It was in the sale and unfortunately it is sold out online but they do have a blue version that isn't in the sale here. Then, in case you hadn't guessed, I am obsessed with anything ombre or dip-dyed at them moment so when I saw this jumper it went straight in my basket. I was even happier when I saw it had been reduced from £14 to £7! You can get your hands on it here, but I'd be quick if I was you as the coral version is already sold out. The mint (another obsession of mine) lace dress wasn't in the sale but still a bargain at £14. This dress fits so nicely and I'm so glad that the sunshine has finally decided to make an appearance this week so I can wear it. My picture isn't great due to the rubbish lighting from the horrible weather last week, so you will probably be able to see it clearer here. This dress also comes in black, white and pink.
I also picked up these nude and gold flats for £5 in the sale at New Look.
It was Riley's 1st Birthday on Saturday, so I treated him to this big bone shaped cushion and as you can see he loves it. He loves just chilling out on it after he has been for a walk.
Hopefully I'll be able to do quite a few outfit posts this week because, seeing as the sunshine is finally here, I am going to wear as many of my summer clothes as I can this week before it disappears again. Have you got any plans to enjoy the sunshine this week?
