Weekly Wanted - Matalan
13:14This week I am bringing you my favourite picks from Matalan. Matalan used to be somewhere that I just used to go for cheap basics such as vests and tees, but the have really gone up in my estimations over the past year. They appear to be a lot more trend driven with their fashion forward Be Beau range. The introduction of their Falmer Heritage collection also offers a great collection of cosy knits and tweeds that fit perfectly into this seasons Heritage trend. The price range of this collection is slightly higher, but still very reasonable and for the quality (which I think has improved greatly over the last few years) you can't really go wrong.
I struggled to narrow down my favourites for this weeks wishlist but with my love of simple tee dresses and this seasons oxblood trend, for £12 this dress was an obvious choice. Then for some reason I am in love with forest green coloured coats this season. Every one I pick out seems to be this colour and I even bought a coat recently which is, yep you guessed it, forest green. The cream chunky knit is what I'd class as a wardrobe staple for winter and how cute is the retro rose bobble hat?! My favourite of all has to be the black velvet flocked fringed kimono though. It reminds me of something that you would pick up in Topshop or Urban Outfitters but for a fraction of the price at £26.
What do you think of Matalan?
